The document 'General Terms and Conditions' ("Terms") is an integral part of this order. The Customer hereby certifies that she / he has read the information on this Order Form, the Terms, and the current tariff list and accepts them fully. According to the Terms all items sent to Gubelin have to be insured by the Customer (submitter) for the delivery to Gubelin, the time period during which the items are in the laboratory and the return of the items to the Customer. The Customer further confirms that all goods have been properly declared in compliance with customs regulations.
