Our fully-equipped permanent laboratories are located in Lucerne, Hong Kong, Bangkok and New York, with additional collection centres and partner offices in major trade hubs such as Shanghai. Complementing these locations, we maintain a dense network of shuttles in almost 20 cities all over the world. These locations facilitate direct gemstone submissions to our labs, while ensuring that samples remain within a secure and traceable handling system.
